The Township of Mapleton has joined other municipalities in using bids&tenders™ for digital procurement management. If you are not a current subscriber to bids&tenders, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to receive notice of opportunities and submit bids to the Township of Mapleton.

Vendors wishing to submit a bid will be subject to a fee in the form of an annual subscription with bids&tenders for unlimited submissions to all organizations included in the bids&tenders network. Alternately, for Vendors who bid infrequently, a pay-per-bid option is also available. As always, any public bid posted on the bids&tenders platform can be previewed at no cost.

The Township of Mapleton is transitioning to online bidding through the bids&tenders™ platform. This user-friendly platform has been successfully deployed in municipalities across Ontario, streamlining the bid process, while ensuring security and integrity. 

During the transition period, some procurements may still require direct email submissions to Mapleton Purchasing staff. Please carefully review the submission instructions in each procurement document to ensure compliance. The transition to bids&tenders™ is anticipated to be fully implemented by March 31, 2025, after which all submissions must be made exclusively through the platform.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their vendor account information is kept current on the bids&tenders™ platform.
